1. New Product Design & Development｜新品开发设计

Our R&D team provides free design support for logo, net, frame, bag, and packaging, turning your ideas into market-ready products.
研发团队提供LOGO、球网、架子、包装袋及外箱的整体设计方案，让您的创意快速落地。

2. Frame Manufacturing｜架子制作流程

Blanking → Pipe Cutting → Bending → Shrinking → Welding → Painting
Each frame is precisely fabricated using automated equipment to ensure strength, stability, and perfect fitting.
通过下料 → 切管 → 弯管 → 缩管 → 焊接 → 喷涂等13道精密工序完成架体制作，确保每一件产品坚固、稳固且安装顺畅。

3. Net Production｜网子生产流程

Netting → Cutting → *ing
All nets are woven and stitched with UV-resistant, high-tension materials, maintaining consistent quality for outdoor use.
采用高强度抗UV原料进行织网 → 剪网 → 车缝，确保产品耐候、耐拉、耐久。

4. Sample Testing & Confirmation｜样品测试及确认

Before mass production, each sample undergoes functional and structural testing to confirm design and performance.
在大货前进行功能与结构测试，确保样品设计符合客户需求与使用标准。

5. Mass Production｜大货生产

Once approved, production is scheduled under strict QC supervision, ensuring consistency from the first piece to the last.
样品确认后进入大货阶段，全程由品质管控团队监督，确保批次稳定一致。

6. Final Inspection｜大货检验

Products are checked according to AQL standards, covering appearance, dimensions, and functional tests before packing.
根据AQL国际标准进行外观、尺寸与功能检测，确保每一件产品符合出厂标准。
